An app built Arabic-first.
FitFatta started with a simple frustration: every fitness app worth using treats Arabic like a translation layer. Foods are foreign, fasting is a footnote, and the AI can't tell kabsa from quinoa. We're building the opposite — an app where Arabic is a first language, the meal planner knows Levantine, Gulf, Egyptian, and Mediterranean cooking, and Ramadan is a feature, not an afterthought.
Why FitFatta exists.
The first generation of FitFatta launched as a web app in 2024. We learned a lot — what people actually log, where AI gets regional recipes wrong, and how Ramadan changes everything for a month each year.
This site marks FitFatta v2 — a full rebuild as a mobile-first app on a modern stack, with a multi-provider AI core (DeepSeek, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini) and a bilingual food and exercise catalogue where every entry carries its Arabic and English names.
FitFatta is owned and operated by STONiFi CX Ltd — a UK-registered software company that ships consumer and enterprise products with a deep regional focus.
How we build.
Arabic is first-class
Every screen, every notification, every AI reply ships in Arabic as a primary surface. Not auto-translated, not optional.
Language first, geography second
Arabic-first means the whole Arabic-speaking world — the Gulf, Egypt, the Levant, North Africa, and the diaspora. Cuisine is a menu in the app, not a claim about who it's for.
Health is sensitive data
Encrypted at rest, never sold, fully exportable. Our privacy posture is the same regardless of which country you live in.
AI is a coach, not an oracle
Every AI estimate is editable. Plans are suggestions; you're the one who knows your body.
Honesty over hype
We don't ship fake reviews, fake user counts, or borrowed authority from publications we haven't appeared in.
Build for keeping, not for shipping
We'd rather ship one feature that works in Arabic and during Ramadan than five features that don't.
Press, partnerships, or curious questions.
We answer every email. Press kits, dietitian partnerships, distribution conversations, and good-faith product feedback are all welcome.
