The deal between us.

By downloading, installing, or using the FitFatta mobile app or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

You need an account to use most features. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use FitFatta only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@fitfatta.com if you suspect someone else has access.

Each person needs their own account. Family-sized meal planning is a feature inside the app; sharing one account isn't.

FitFatta has a single paid tier, Pro — $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year (33% off). New accounts start with a 7-day free trial; if you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or trial. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

Prices may change. We will notify you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription, and you'll have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's own refund policy.

FitFatta is a wellness and education tool. It is not a medical device, and the meal plans, workouts, calorie targets, and AI coach responses it generates are not medical advice.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or exercise routine — especially if you have a medical condition (including diabetes, kidney disease, or a cardiovascular condition), are pregnant or breastfeeding, are recovering from an injury, take prescription medication, have an eating disorder or a history of one, or are under 18. FitFatta is a complement to, not a replacement for, that advice.

Stop and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or any other symptom that concerns you during exercise. You use FitFatta at your own risk.

Don't use FitFatta to harass others or post unlawful content, and don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

Don't impersonate someone else, misrepresent your identity, or share your account credentials.

Don't use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules. Where possible, we'll let you know first and give you a chance to fix it.

Anything you create or upload — your meals, your photos, your custom recipes — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process it so we can deliver the Service.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload anything you upload.

Plans and suggestions are generated by third-party AI providers (currently DeepSeek as the primary, with Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI, and Google's Gemini as fallbacks), tailored to the information you provide and validated against our bilingual food and exercise catalogue. They are not personalised medical or clinical advice. Requests to these providers are anonymised — see the Privacy Policy for details.

We do our best to make the AI's output accurate and culturally relevant, but we cannot guarantee that every suggestion will be perfect for your circumstances. Use your judgement, and edit any AI estimate you disagree with before it saves.

The Service relies on third-party services — Apple handles billing, and the AI providers generate plans — and each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

FitFatta, its design, its software, its brand, and its content library are owned by STONiFi CX Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Your licence to use the Service is personal and non-commercial. You may not copy or distribute the Service beyond personal use, or use our brand without written permission.

You can stop using FitFatta and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion follows the 30-day grace window described in the Privacy Policy — your account is deactivated immediately, you can cancel the deletion during the 30 days, and after that your data is permanently deleted.

We can suspend or terminate your account for serious breaches of these Terms. We can also end the Service entirely; where practicable, we will give you 30 days' notice by email and a way to export your data.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FitFatta is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will deliver any specific health outcome.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example, for fraud or for gross negligence.

If your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of the law or someone else's rights causes claims or costs for us, you agree to compensate us for them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Riyadh, conducted in Arabic — except where local consumer-protection laws give you a right you cannot waive to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of your home country.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you in the app and by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full force.
