A short list of what we store.

FITFATTA_LOCALE — a small cookie that remembers your language choice (English or Arabic). It contains only the locale code ("en" or "ar") and expires after one year. Removing it just means the site picks a language for you next time based on your browser settings.

fitfatta_cookie_ack_v1 — a local-storage entry that records when you dismissed the cookie notice, so we don't keep showing it. No personal information.

We do not currently load analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers on this site.

If we ever add product analytics (likely PostHog), we'll list it here, ask for your consent the first time, and respect a "no" by not loading it.

The mobile app uses local storage on your device to cache your meal plan, food library, and progress so it works offline. The Privacy Policy covers what we collect and how it syncs.

Every modern browser lets you view, allow, or block cookies. The exact steps differ by browser; search "cookies" inside your browser settings, or visit aboutcookies.org for guides.

Removing our cookies will not break the site — at worst, you'll see the language picker more often.
